Dispatching Your Order

Once your order has been placed, Liforme will send you an order confirmation email. Orders are typically dispatched within 1–2 working days.

Please note that we do not process orders on Saturdays or Sundays. Orders placed over the weekend will be processed on the following Monday. Quoted delivery transit times begin once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive an email containing your tracking information and a link to follow your shipment. Please refer to the tracking details for your estimated delivery date and time.

Taxes & Duties

For orders delivered outside the UK, EU, and USA, import duties, taxes, and customs fees may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and may need to be paid directly to the courier before delivery can be completed.

Please be aware that customs clearance may occasionally cause delivery delays, which are outside of Liforme's control. We recommend checking with your local customs authority before placing your order to understand any applicable charges.

Returns

Liforme does not accept returns on wholesale orders. We kindly ask our wholesale partners to manage returns and exchanges directly with their customers wherever possible.

If you receive a customer complaint regarding a potentially defective product, please contact wholesale@liforme.com. After reviewing the issue, if the product is confirmed to be defective and requires replacement, Liforme will issue a credit note for your next wholesale order or provide an alternative resolution where appropriate.
