Order Placement

Placing an order through this website constitutes your acceptance of these Terms & Conditions relating to orders, purchases, and delivery. By submitting an order, you are offering to purchase goods from Liforme and authorising us to use your personal information for the purpose of processing and delivering your order.

Your personal information will only be shared with trusted delivery partners or where we are legally required to do so.

The minimum order quantity is 8 standard Yoga Mats or 6 Travel Yoga Mats.

Payment

All wholesale orders are supplied on a Cash Before Delivery (CBD) basis. Orders will be processed once payment has been received in full.

Availability

We make every effort to ensure product availability and keep our website up to date. However, some products may sell out more quickly than anticipated.

If this occurs, we will do our best to resolve the situation promptly. If you have any questions, please contact us using the Get in Touch link in the footer of our website.

Delivery

We aim to dispatch and deliver goods within the estimated delivery times provided. However, all delivery dates are estimates and are subject to product availability and circumstances beyond our control.

Liforme cannot accept liability for losses, costs, damages, or expenses resulting from delivery delays, although we will always work to resolve any delivery issues as quickly as possible.

Pricing & Payment

If a product is displayed with an incorrect price due to a typographical or supplier error, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel the order, regardless of whether it has already been confirmed. Where appropriate, you will be notified and any payment received will be refunded in full.

Australia – Australian Dollars (AUD)
United Kingdom & Rest of World – Pounds Sterling (GBP)

Prices displayed for the UK and EU are exclusive of VAT where VAT and net pricing are shown separately.

Orders shipped outside the UK, EU, and USA may be subject to customs duties and import taxes. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. For further information, please contact wholesale@liforme.com.

Payment for goods, applicable VAT, and shipping charges must be made in full before your order is dispatched.
